2. Data collected and purpose of processing

This website is a purely informational presence. A registration, ordering, or contact form function is currently not offered. Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary for the technical operation of the website (see section 5 'Server logs').

If you contact us by email, we process the data you transmit (in particular email address, name, and message content) exclusively to handle your inquiry on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries).

3. Cookies and local storage

This website does not set tracking cookies and does not embed third-party analytics tools. There is no tracking, profiling, or retargeting. Consent under § 25 TDDDG is therefore not required.

4. Fonts

The fonts used on this website ("Plus Jakarta Sans" and "JetBrains Mono") are served locally from our server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or other external font CDNs and therefore no transmission of your IP address to third parties.

5. Server logs

When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data in server log files transmitted to us by your browser. This regularly includes:

• Requested URL and amount of data transferred
• Referrer URL

This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and ensure IT security. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. Logs are deleted or anonymized after a short period unless security-related incidents require longer retention.

We do not pass your personal data to third parties unless we are legally obligated or you have explicitly consented. The following processors within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR are involved in operating this website:

• Hosting: Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU Commission adequacy decision dated 10/07/2023). Standard contractual clauses (SCCs) under Art. 46 (2)(c) GDPR exist additionally. A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel.

7. Storage period

Personal data is only stored as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations. Server logs are deleted or anonymized after a short period. Email correspondence is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed, at the latest after the expiry of commercial and tax law retention periods.
