You built it. I'll finish it.

Your tool works on your laptop and falls over when your team or your clients use it. In a free 30-minute look I tell you which fixes it needs. Each fix has a fixed price, a deadline and a check that has to pass. If a fix doesn't pass by its deadline, you don't pay for it.

What usually breaks

  • Everyone shares one login, or there's no login at all.
  • Any logged-in user can see every client's data.
  • It runs in Replit's preview, but not on your own domain.
  • Your data lives in a spreadsheet or a file, with no backup.
  • The Google, Slack or CRM connection is held together with copy-paste.
  • It fails quietly, or the monthly bill surprised you.

The fixes

Each one is done when its check passes for a real second user, on your stack and in your accounts.

Prices in
FixDone whenPrice
Logins & rolesReal accounts. Admin, team and client each see only what their role allows.$900
Data lockdownClient A can't read client B's data, even by calling your API or database directly.$700
Database & backupsYour data is in a proper database, with daily backups and a tested restore.$1,000
Live on your domainIt runs on your own domain. Testing uses its own data and keys, so live data stays safe.$500
Connect itOne integration (GoHighLevel, Google, Stripe, Slack or a webhook) works and tells you when it fails.$800 each
Keep it runningYou get an alert when something breaks, the AI bill has a cap, and scheduled jobs actually run.$500

Client-ready bundle: $2,200 (instead of $2,600). Logins & roles, Data lockdown, Live on your domain and Keep it running together. It's the usual answer to "it works for me, but I can't give it to my clients."

Single fixes take up to 5 working days. The bundle takes up to 10. Anything not on the list, I quote after the look.

How it works

  1. A free 30-minute look. You show me the tool and where it breaks. Then I tell you which fixes it needs, or straight out if it's a rebuild. You keep the list either way.

  2. One page of scope. The fixes, each with its check and deadline, and what it runs for each month, provider by provider. You approve it.

  3. The work, in your accounts, on your stack. You get a short written update about twice a week.

  4. You test each check with a real second user. Then you pay the second half, within 5 working days.

  5. 14 days of fixes if anything a check covers breaks afterwards.

Price and guarantee

Half to book your start date, the rest once you've accepted the work. If a fix doesn't pass its check by its deadline, it comes off the price and anything you paid toward it comes back. Or I keep going for free for up to 5 more working days. Your choice. In the bundle, a failed fix's single price comes off. If a third party blocks a fix (no API, a CAPTCHA), I tell you within 3 days and we swap it or drop it. If I'm waiting on you for access or a reply, the clock waits.

What I won't take on

  • Tools that handle patient health data or card numbers. Those need a compliance specialist, and I'll tell you so on the call.
  • Ideas that haven't been built yet. That's what our other route is for: software we build to fit.
  • Rewrites for the sake of it. If your stack works, I finish it on your stack.

Who's doing the work

Peer Grewolls, co-founder of 7th Solutions, a two-person software studio in Germany. The same login, permission and database setup runs in our own products: a referral platform an insurance broker pays for, a loyalty-card system live in a barbershop, and a price-tracking engine running for a trading client.
